Once we’ve received your form, we will book a quick call to clarify any points or gather more details to build your perfect quote. If your enquiry is fairly open-ended (for example, no specific destination), you’ll receive your quote along with up to three different options to consider.

When you’re happy with the quote, we’ll take care of all the booking and admin—leaving you to focus on the fun part: packing your bags and enjoying your holiday.

Yes, absolutely. We are proud members of Protected Trust Services (PTS), which means your money is held securely in a trust account until you return from your holiday. If your package includes flights, you’ll also be covered under our ATOL licence. For even greater peace of mind, every holiday we arrange includes Scheduled Airline Failure Insurance (SAFI) and Supplier Failure Insurance (SFI) 

If you need to cancel your holiday, just get in touch with us as soon as you can. Cancellation policies differ based on your booking type and our travel partners, but don’t worry—we’ll walk you through your options and explain any potential fees or refund possibilities. his item.

In most cases, we can help you make changes to your booking—whether that’s adjusting your travel dates, switching accommodations, or updating passenger details. Just keep in mind that any amendments are subject to the terms and conditions of our travel partners, and there may be additional charges. Don’t worry though, we’ll always explain any costs upfront before moving ahead.
